The Grand Victorian is lovingly run by a mother-daughter team whose roots in New Orleans run deep. Betty and Kate bring warmth, care, and a shared passion for hospitality to every guest who walks through the door. As longtime stewards of the New Orleans B&B, they take pride in preserving its character while creating a stay that feels personal, comfortable, and distinctly local.

Beautiful area with excellent accommodations

My husband and I, along with our friends from FL, stayed here and absolutely loved it. It is located in the Garden District, which offers beautiful old homes with amazing architecture. The Grand Victorian is definitely our "go-to" when we come to New Orleans. The rooms are beautiful and clean. My wife and I came here to be married on Valentines Day 2025. We stayed 4 nights and had a fabulous time. The Owner, Betty, was quite helpful with our planning and equally so once we arrived. Our plans went off without a hitch. Dinners at Jacques Imo's, Galatoires and Pascal's Manale...all excellent. There is a trolley stop right outside the front gate which we used on Saturday for an excursion to the French Quarter..Read more

The house is one of the most beautiful work of architecture I have seen! Being a solo traveler the location was perfect and in walking distance of delicious restaurants (Commanders Palace,Joey K's etc.) I found so many fun things to do!
